Registration Information
Bids should be emailed to snowplate@gmail.com before February 1st, 2009 and include the following information:

  • Captain's Name
  • Captain's Email
  • The Team Name
  • Number of Players
  • Where the team is from
In addition to the above information, a deposit of $400 (10 players) is due by February 1st, 2009. Deposit must be paid by cheque made out to Sudbury Ultimate Club. Please mail the cheque to:

Deposits are non-refundable. Partial refunds for additional players may be available up to February 15th, 2009. Full payment (for more than 10 players) is due by February 15th, 2009.

All proceeds going to support the Canadian Mental Health Association.  Registration includes field food, tourney toque, and a great banquet/party on Saturday Night.
